Laurie Blank has served as a Commercial Realtor in Tallahassee, FL for over 25 years. Through out her career in real estate, Laurie has provided brokerage services in a variety of areas. She has experience including tenant representation, site selection, retail and office leasing/sales, land transactions, in addition to involvement in shopping center development.
Clients have included The Gardens at Espositos, Kimco/Village Commons Shopping Center, Royal American Properties, Goodwill, Inc., First Commerce Credit Union, and Ace Hardware, doing leases/sales ranging from 900 sf to 45,000 sf.
Laurie is a member of the Tallahassee Board of Realtors, Florida Board of Realtors, the National Board of Realtors, and International Council of Shopping Centers. She is also a member of the Florida State University Alumni Association in addition to the Alpha Delta Pi Alumni Association.
Laurie is a longtime Tallahassean, graduated from Leon High School, and holds a B.S. from Florida State University with a major in Communications with a minor in Advertising Business. Prior to her real estate career, she worked as an account executive for both Lamar Outdoor Advertising and WCTV-Channel 6. Laurie was previously associated with SouthGroup Properties, Advantis GVA, and SVN|Southland Commercial.
