Commercial real estate in the panhandle region has been booming. The gradual population increase has resulted in an influx of available jobs, thus creating positive growth all throughout our community. This communal growth has resulted in a demand for new commercial and residential development in Tallahassee and the surrounding areas.

We are excited to announce that TLG is expanding in unison with the region. With this growth, we welcome four new agents to our team: Carl Enis, John de Grummond, Julie Connell, and Kim Gabbard. These agents have already proven themselves to be valuable additions to our team, each bringing something unique to TLG.

Carl Enis is currently pursuing a MBA with a focus in Real Estate at Florida State University, and is a Pararescueman for the United States Air Force. Although new to the industry, Carl has been eager to get started in the field! He is already working with multiple brokers on multi-family and commercial real estate in the North Florida region, and hopes to expand his work into South Georgia and Alabama in the future.

John de Grummond is a Florida State graduate who recently returned to Tallahassee from California to pursue real estate. While John has a foundation in the fitness industry from his time on the West Coast, he is now implementing his degree and 20+ years of real estate investment experience to specialize in student housing and multi-family properties in the Tallahassee area.

Julie Connell represents various University and Government endowment funds for Investments and Real Estate. In addition, she is the CEO of the Southern Community Foundation, Inc. and the Founder of Veteran’s Lodge, an organization committed to honoring and empowering Veterans. She has made a significant impact on our community and will undeniably be a great asset to our organization.

Kim Gabbard is our newest associate, but is nothing short of experienced. She has over 25 years of leasing, management and construction experience. In these years, Kim has worked for State of Florida agencies, non-profit offices, warehouses, retail, education, data center, and food hall concepts. We are happy to have her join our team of associates!
